the pulse instrument
a psychosocial check-in short enough to actually run.
why this matters
psychosocial hazards are now squarely a regulatory duty, but the measurement cadence hasn't caught up with the obligation.
what we're doing
- item design grounded in the established instruments
- frequency and fatigue trade-off testing
- clear rules for when a pulse result should trigger a proper diagnostic
where it's at
exploring. we are testing item wording and cadence before making any claims about what it predicts.
